ZonaSexo respects copyright and handles content-removal requests in accordance with notice-and-takedown principles. We are an aggregator and search service: we do not host linked videos, but we may remove from our index URLs, thumbnails, metadata or results associated with valid claims.

Where to send a claim

Send your request to dmca@zonasexo.com. To speed up the process, include all necessary information in one message. If information is incomplete, we may request clarification before taking action.

What the notice must include

To properly evaluate a copyright claim, include:

• Legal name or business name of the rights holder, or of the authorized representative.
• Contact email and, where applicable, physical address or professional contact information.
• Clear identification of the protected work you are claiming.
• The exact ZonaSexo URL where the claimed result appears.
• The URL of the external site where the content is hosted, if you know it.
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the holder, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
• A physical or electronic signature of the holder or authorized representative.

Review process

Upon receiving a reasonably complete notice, we will review the specified URL, block or remove the result from our index where appropriate, and keep an internal record of the action taken to prevent automatic reindexing of the same content.

Counter-notices

If you believe a result was removed by mistake, you may write to dmca@zonasexo.com with a detailed explanation, identification of the removed content and documentation supporting your request. We will evaluate the information before restoring any result.

Important limitation

Removing a result from ZonaSexo does not remove the file from the external site that hosts it. If you seek removal of the source content, you must contact the operator, host or platform where the material is hosted directly.
